Conch Republic Seafood Company, Key West
The Conch Republic Seafood Company is located directly across from the cute little key lime pie store next to the fury catamarans. The pricing was average to high for a seafood restaurant. The atmosphere consisted of open-air seating with the view and sounds of the dock directly outside. Air conditioning consisted of fans and misters, which seemed to do the job well enough to enjoy our meal. The help was knowledgeable and managed to speak with the chef several times for us while my dinner was designed. I had the suggested gluten free seasoned blackened fish, the standard safe bet, and vegetables.
Key west can be difficult in the Duval district because most of the food is bar food. Conch Republic Seafood Company was a welcome find that even included a parking lot to boot.
