Sandwich Bread (1lb Loaf)

  • 1 ½ tsp. – Active dry yeast
  • 1 ¾ cups – Sorghum or brown rice flour
  • ½ cup – Potato starch
  • ¼ cup – Tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp. – Xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp. – Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. – Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. – Ener-G egg replacer
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. – Canola Oil
  • 1 tsp. – Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup – Milk (cow, rice, soy) 110°

For Bread Machine

Spray pan with cooking spray. Add room temperature ingredients in order listed by manufacturer. Set controls and bake.
