Sandwich Bread (1lb Loaf)
- 1 ½ tsp. - Active dry yeast
- 1 ¾ cups - Sorghum or brown rice flour
- ½ cup - Potato starch
- ¼ cup - Tapioca flour
- 1 tsp. - Xanthan gum
- 1 tsp. - Salt
- 1 Tbsp. - Brown sugar
- 1 tsp. - Ener-G egg replacer
- 2 large Eggs
- 3 Tbsp. - Canola Oil
- 1 tsp. - Apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup - Milk (cow, rice, soy) 110°
For Bread Machine
Spray pan with cooking spray. Add room temperature ingredients in order listed by manufacturer. Set controls and bake.
