Gluten Envy

You can find these brownies at many places in the Disney theme parks. They are an excellent choice. Be sure you do not get one that has been sitting around too long. These should be fresh and tasty.

Also make a fuss when it is a choice between these and fruit at all Disney sit down meals. By sit down, I mean that your desert should cost more than the $2.00 or less Disney buys these for. The chef should work to provide similar service to all guests, not just the ones that are easy and can still tolerate pre-manufactured foods.

Don’t get me wrong. These are great. The people I have talked to at www.okbrownie.com are great. They just don’t belong as dessert at an expensive meal. It degrades the value of the meal as well as degrading the value of the brownie. Let’s just say it is like fish and peanut butter. Both can be excellent individually.
