Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies

1 cup rice flour
3/4 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup potato starch
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon orange extract
