One thing comes to mind when viewing the space station section here. Gluten free would be much easier to handle. Every thing that is pre-packaged here wouldn’t have any surprises.

You can find these brownies at many places in the Disney theme parks. They are an excellent choice. Be sure you do not get one that has been sitting around too long. These should be fresh and tasty.

Seattle has a Rainforest. Cafe, that is. Rainforest Cafe is a themed restaurant with low lighting highlighted by large fish tanks and a jungle atmosphere.
We visited and had no problems ordering gluten free. The waiter suggested I call ahead to be sure they have something to prepare.

During our Florida trip August 2006 I found a very good gluten, casein, milk, soy, tree nuts, wheat, yeast, lactose, and peanut free brownie that the Disney parks were selling. You have to ask for it if you don’t see it.
